About Us

Daughters of Vision Mentoring is dedicated to empowering underserved girls ages 12-17 by fostering academic growth and guiding them toward self-sufficiency. Through mentorship, academic support, personal life coaching, life skills development, and community engagement, we equip young girls with the tools, confidence, and resources they need to thrive.

We envision a world where every underserved girl has the resources, support, and confidence to reach her fullest potential. By creating an environment where teen girls can excel academically and develop into self-sufficient young women, we aim to empower, uplift, and transform lives. We strive to inspire all young girls to take charge of their future, achieve their dreams, and make a lasting impact in any space they choose to occupy.

Alina Branscombe - Executive Director & Founder

Driven by a passion for empowering young individuals, I founded Daughters of Vision Mentoring to help girls navigate life’s challenges and discover their purpose. My goal is to equip them with the skills, confidence, and support they need to take charge of their future.

I hold Bachelor's degrees in Human Services and Psychology, along with certifications as a Life Coach and Youth Resilience Coach. These experiences have given me the tools to guide and mentor youth in overcoming obstacles and unlocking their full potential.

For four years, I served as a Youth Leader, helping young people grow in self-awareness, spiritual development, and personal success. Now, through Daughters of Vision Mentoring, my mission is to ensure every girl has the resources, encouragement, and guidance to thrive, academically, personally, and beyond.
