Academic Support Services

Our Academic Support Services are, specifically designed, to help students who are facing academic challenges. We offer guidance and assistance to help students meet their academic responsibilities and achieve their goals.

Each student will be assigned a DOV support worker who will work collaboratively with the student, parent(s), guardian(s), and school staff to ensure that each student receives the necessary help and support in her academic responsibilities and goals. The DOV support worker will assess the individual needs of each student and develop a personalized academic improvement plan to address the specific challenges faced by each student.

Mentorship

Our mentorship program aims to offer assistance, advice, and hands-on support by connecting teenage girls with mentors who can form personal relationships with them. Our mentors serve as attentive listeners, trustworthy confidants, motivating cheerleaders, and dependable allies. They assist young girls in developing self-assurance, making constructive life decisions, and fostering healthier connections with others. Ultimately, our mentors are invested in the success of your teenager, both in their personal lives and academic endeavors!

*Individual mentor and mentee sessions can be conducted virtually or in person.

Personal Life Coaching

Personal Life Coaching

Personal Life Coaching is a collaborative process where the coach works closely with the client to help them grow personally, become empowered, achieve their goals, and transform their lives. Each coaching session follows a non-directive approach, prioritizing the client's autonomy, voice, and choice. The coach aims to enhance self-efficacy, accountability, motivation, and support to keep clients focused and actively working toward their goals.

*Life coaching services are primarily designed for individuals aged 15 and older, with younger clients (ages 13-14) considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval for coaching at this age depends on the individual's readiness and is subject to the Life Coach's discretion.

Support Group

Support Group

Our support group offers a secure and private environment where young girls can gather and openly discuss their thoughts, emotions, and encounters. We foster a nurturing community where girls can freely address personal struggles, receive emotional assistance, boost their self-assurance, enhance their understanding, cultivate effective coping mechanisms, and build connections with peers and trustworthy adults.

*Prayer is available during group sessions, but participation is optional.

Founder & Executive Director

My name is Alina Branscombe, and I’m proud to be the Founder and Executive Director of Daughters of Vision Mentoring. I’m deeply passionate about empowering, motivating, and inspiring young individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives.

With Bachelor's degrees in Human Services and Psychology from Ottawa University in Wisconsin, I’ve gained a rich understanding of human behavior and the power of empowerment. On top of that, my certifications as a Life Coach and Youth Resilience Coach have given me even more tools to help people overcome challenges, achieve their dreams, and unlock their full potential.

For four years, I had the honor of serving as a Youth Leader at Joy Christian Fellowship in Pewaukee, WI. There, I supported and guided young people in discovering who they truly are and growing in their spiritual journeys. I provided practical advice to help them navigate personal and academic hurdles, ensuring they felt confident and prepared for life's challenges.

At Daughters of Vision Mentoring, my mission is to help young girls succeed. I’m committed to giving them the resources, support, and guidance they need to make informed decisions and achieve their goals. I truly believe in helping these girls discover their purpose and reach their fullest potential.

If you’re looking for an organization that genuinely cares about making a positive difference in the lives of teenage girls, I’m confident that Daughters of Vision Mentoring is the right place. We have the heart and experience to help these young girls become their best selves
